LaFloy Flow Project Inc. is committed to increasing equitable access to perinatal wellness services—including yoga, doula care, and restorative practices—for individuals and families who cannot afford the support they need. Our mission is to promote safer pregnancies, empowered birth experiences, and stronger postpartum recovery by eliminating financial barriers to essential care.
Programs

Guiding Hands Doula Support Services
Guiding Hands provides free or low-cost birth and postpartum doula care to mothers who face financial or systemic barriers to support. Services include childbirth education, continuous labor support, postpartum recovery planning, lactation guidance, and newborn care assistance. Our doulas walk alongside each family with empathy and cultural responsiveness, ensuring every mother feels seen, supported, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

Nurture & Nourish Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga Program
A compassionate yoga and wellness program designed to support expectant and new mothers from low-income families. Nurture & Nourish combines gentle prenatal yoga, postpartum recovery movement, breathwork, and guided mindfulness to reduce stress, promote physical comfort, and strengthen emotional resilience during motherhood. Classes also include educational moments on self-care, infant bonding, and community resources, ensuring every mother receives holistic support in a safe, affirming space.

Restore & Rise Yoga for Caregivers Program
A restorative yoga and stress-relief series created for healthcare workers, public-school educators, and parents of children with special needs. Restore & Rise offers gentle movement, deep rest practices, guided meditation, and nervous-system regulation techniques that help caregivers release chronic stress and replenish their own well-being. These classes honor the emotional labor of caregiving while providing a peaceful space to reset, breathe, and rebuild inner strength.
